I have fallen in love with elopements! To be honest, I kind of wish that my husband and I would have jumped on this almost 11 years ago. We got married a little young. Being an elopement photographer and the thought of being in the middle of nowhere with my couple and maybe just a couple guests, gets me all excited. Weddings should be intimate. Sometimes in a big wedding you tend to get lost, tired from trying to say hi to everyone or making the whole event fun for your guests. It can start to lose its intimacy between the two of you.  You can always have that big party later to celebrate.If you happened upon this post, but are throwing a bigger wedding. I want to suggest that you do a first look. This gives you a chance to have some more intimate time with each other.

Wherever you pick, just make it scream the two of you. Make it be that perfect day. That perfect moment without all big extravaganza. Just show your friends and family how perfect your day was later.
