A Session in the Woods | Oregon Engagement Photography
Oregon Engagement Photography
There is nothing better than watching two people that are in love. Watching the way they look at each other and interact just makes the day better. Isn't that why women like love stories anyways? I love when I get to spend time with my husband and focus on our relationship. When I look at him with those loving eyes and when we can have fun together it makes for the best day. In fact, this session in the woods was the end of a great date day hike with my husband. It was a wonderful way to get out in the woods, enjoy the great outdoors and then spend time photographing these engaged love birds. Oregon engagement photography around Mount Hood was worth the drive.I used to get a little concerned about finding the perfect photo shoot location, but I'm learning how you can turn anything into that perfect location. I used to look for wide open flat spaces. I am now finding that some of those can create dull pictures. The best pictures tend to come from the places that I never thought would be a good location. I mean we all know that everything is about location location location! Let's face it, even photographers fall into this mindset.
Trailhead Session
The trailhead at Tamanawas Falls ended up being great. I suggested it to these two, but had never stepped foot there before. I wanted to start exploring the mountain more and I just picked a trail with easy access. The dark wooded feel was perfect for these two who are getting married in less than a month! It is so wonderful! I am one of those that gets all excited for others and it was no different with these two. They shared the things that they are most excited about after getting married, why they are proud of each other and the things they love about each other. It was the perfect way to end an afternoon.I want to hear your love story and capture a special moment for you! Take a moment and comment below on something you love about your special someone or click here and contact me for a session. I hope you enjoy some of my favorites from hanging out with these two soon to be newlyweds
