My Mission Statement | Business Challenge

Be Real

Several weeks ago, I stepped out of my comfort zone. I attempted to win a trip to Guatemala with four amazing women that would continue my journey as a business owner. I want to continue to have business challenges that make me think about why I am putting my effort into this. I put over a week of deep thought into daily posts and content that made me think hard. The short story is that I had to be real with myself and put it all out there. I looked deep into myself and discovered the reasons for why I wanted to go on that trip. It helped me learn more about myself and the why's behind doing this thing I call a business which is my passion.I have been working on discovering more about myself and how I can turn photography into more than simply snapping pictures of my clients. I have always had a desire deep down to make an impact in others lives. Now how do I do that? I'm working on that, but the thing that is working for me right now is community. Taking the time to check in on those that you surround yourselves with whether it is clients, friends or family can make a difference in their lives and yours. Knowing that there is someone out there in this world thinking of you, praying for you, and genuinely caring for you can change your life. This is where I am starting. I want to build impactful relationships with everyone I come into contact with on a daily basis. Maybe I will only meet with a client a couple times, but what can I do during those times that will change their lives? How can I do that? These are the questions I keep asking myself.

Business Challenge

I joined an business challenge through The Rising Tide Society that has been helping me to figure more of this out. It is helping me put my thoughts and ideas into perspective and to take charge. This challenge is helping me step out of my comfort zone again and continue to grow as a person and business owner. I've taken all those thoughts and ideas from above and made them into this mission statement.

Our mission is to bring quality images to our clients and to leave them with a lasting impression. We do this by photographing their important life moments while having genuine conversations. By being real heart felt people, it is our belief that we can impact those arounds us. We can learn from others if we open our eyes and take the time to care and listen.
