Mount Helena Couples Session
While planning our session together, we were trying to figure out what time and location would work best for all of us. These two don't currently live in the same town, which can make for a little more of a challenge when scheduling a session. Because of this, Josh was leaving town, so a sunset session wasn't really an option. Plus, their time together was limited. This pushed us to picking a location that was closer to town. Mount Helena City Park was the perfect option for the couples session. It gave us our mountain vibes while being nice and convenient.
Not everyone can spend hours out on an adventure. Adventures are what you make them and sometimes that means you are close to town or technically in town in this case. Lastly before meeting these two, how awesome is it that I get to live in a town that has a park like this? I highly recommend getting out on a hike here as there are endless options for routes.
Josh + Esperanza
Josh and I met in the fall of 2016 in Bozeman while he was in college and I was working. A mutual friend introduced us. For our very first date, we went on a hike up Drinking Horse with my dog Hercules. You never know what my dog would do, but he was perfect.
Josh is probably the most persistent and passionate person I’ve ever met. When he gives himself to something, he really goes all in. We spend a lot of our time outside together, backpacking, fly fishing, and hunting. If we aren’t doing those things, we’re probably just sitting on the couch watching The Office. We are often making fun of each other but in a loving way you know?
Can anyone relate? I know I can. I love being outside, but also love bingeing a show.
