Emma & Michael were one of the cutest couples that I’ve had the opportunity to work with. I mean, anyone down for a sunrise session is a winner in my book. Especially when there is a drive involved.

Emma & Michael’s Story

We met working at Shodair Children's Hospital! At first, Michael was not my biggest fan, lemme tell ya. But after a rough night at work, we decided to go out for some midnight waffles (I was working nights at my other job and needed to stay awake that night to get back on schedule, and he stayed up with me). We adventured all around his favorite places in town (specifically the mountain, and this really cool lookout somewhere down a dirt road and up a mountain), and the rest is kind of history! We had a few ups and downs, but now we have a tiny house, a puppy, and a gigantic bucket list.

Our favorite moment together was when we went ice skating over New Year's. He is so good and I am so terrible (there are videos, yikes). It was dark. There was happy country music playing and we pretended like it was our first date and that we met online. He had held my hand so tight and had the biggest smile - not the fake smile guys do, but the real ear-to-ear smile that absolutely melts my heart.
